Deal of this master´s thesis is processing of a business plan for a new McDonald’s franchising branch. The first part of the thesis focuses on theory of this issues. In the analytical part is solved a question if estabilishing of a new branch does make a sense using several analysis. And in the final praktical part are dissected ditails of a new McDonald’s branch founding.

Halvelandová, V. The evaluation of customer satisfaction with McDonald’s fast-food chains in Brno. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The bachelor thesis is occupied with evaluation of customer satisfaction with McDonald’s fast-food chains. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, touching the subject of marketing research, customer behaviour and history of company McDonald’s. In next part are methods of processing and analysing data described. In last practical part of the thesis are analysed the gathered data, customers satis-faction with chosen factors in six chosen restaurants in Brno is analysed. In conclu-sion the interpretation of results is done, the discussion is started and recommen-dations for chosen McDonald’s restaurants in Brno are spoken.

This diploma thesis deals with our present day society which is being increasingly subjected to the "mcdonaldization" phenomenon. The main goal of this work is the analysis of the public's perception of the McDonald's corporation in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part of this work is aimed at defining the basic perceptions related to the McDonald's corporation and it is relationship with the public as well as it is marketing communication. In the practical part of the thesis, sociological research in the form of a poll was undertaken with the results based on the opinions of polled citizens of Velké Meziříčí. The summary of the data is presented in a graphic form along with vebal proposals and measures to the improvement of the company's brand name in public relations.

McDonald's is an international company that has its fast food restaurants located all over the world, including the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of socially responsible activities of McDonald's in the Czech Republic. On that basis and on the basis of survey conducted on emploees and customers I will design each step of strategies and recommendations in the area of CSR.
Advertising in the era of globalized world

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of local principals of McDonald's corporation and its promotion strategy. In the context of growing influence of the globalization, the economic areas are connected and the globalization also affects the culture. Local cultures are closer to each other and one global culture is being created. For every action there is a reaction, therefore also for the globalization there is its reaction -- a focus on local culture and a preference for local principal before the unification. In the first chapter, the basic terms are defined, such as marketing and commerce communications and advertising. In the thesis, the areas of influence of the globalization are analyzed, especially the changes in advertising in the global environment. Also the advertising strategy of McDonald's is analyzed through a survey. A new locally customized product is suggested in the conclusion of the thesis and more suggestions are made concerning the advertising of McDonald's Czech Republic.
